  • Made-to-Order Items: Custom or handmade items (like latex clothing or specialty gear) typically require 2–12 business days for production before shipping. Estimated timelines are shown on product pages.

We ship using USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on your location and selected delivery method. You’ll be able to choose your preferred option at checkout.

 Tracking & Notifications

 Common Shipping Questions

Q: Can you lower the value on customs forms?
A: No, we’re legally required to declare the correct value of the goods.

Q: Can you ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses?
A: Yes, but only with USPS. UPS and FedEx do not deliver to PO or military APO addresses.

Q: My tracking hasn’t updated. What should I do?
A: Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update. If it’s stuck longer than 3 business days, please contact us and we’ll investigate.
