The KinkyRubberDoc Shipping Policy is built around speed, discretion, and reliability. We’re committed to ensuring your orders are processed quickly—usually within 2 to 3 days—and shipped discreetly using trusted carriers. Whether you’re ordering latex gear or custom pieces, our shipping policy ensures timely delivery, clear timelines, and real-world transparency every step of the way.
At KinkyRubberDoc, we are committed to ensuring that your orders arrive safely, discreetly, and as quickly as possible. Our dedicated team works hard to process orders efficiently, and we partner with trusted shipping services to provide you with timely delivery. Please review the following details regarding our shipping options, delivery times, and policies.
1. Processing Time
We aim to process your orders promptly, usually within 2 hours to 3 days, depending on product availability and order volume. Most latex orders take 7–12 business days due to their custom measurements and handmade nature. During peak periods (e.g., holidays, sales), processing may take longer.
2. Free Shipping in the USA and Affiliated Territories
We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States and affiliated territories, regardless of order amount or item count. This includes:
Puerto Rico
U.S. Virgin Islands
Guam
American Samoa
Northern Mariana Islands
Free shipping is typically via USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority, depending on weight, size, and destination. Most deliveries take 2–7 business days, excluding latex and custom items which may take longer.
All orders include tracking, and you will receive an email with your tracking information once shipped.
3. Express Shipping Options
Need it faster? We offer express shipping options during checkout, fulfilled by USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other trusted carriers. Typical express shipping takes 1–3 business days, depending on your location and selected service.
The shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and number of items. KinkyRubberDoc is not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
4. International Shipping
We ship globally using FedEx, UPS, DHL, and other international delivery partners. Estimated delivery times:
Canada: 9–14 days
EU: 9–14 days
Eastern Europe: 12–16 days
Australia & New Zealand: 14–18 days
Other Countries: Up to 20 days
Shipping time may vary based on customs inspections or global logistics delays.
All customs duties, VAT, import tariffs, and other local fees are the customer’s responsibility. KinkyRubberDoc is not liable for delays or charges imposed by customs, couriers, or local authorities.
Note: Some countries require a full first and last name for international shipping. Incomplete or inaccurate names may delay your package.
5. LUCID Packaging Register Compliance (Germany)
We are fully compliant with Germany’s Packaging Act (Verpackungsgesetz) and registered with the LUCID Packaging Register. We work with a dual system partner to ensure the recycling of packaging for German shipments.
6. Shipping Restrictions
Due to sanctions or conflicts, we may be unable to ship to certain locations. These include (but are not limited to):

Syria
Cuba
Sudan
Venezuela
Afghanistan
Certain regions in Russia and Ukraine
Please verify your local import laws before ordering. KinkyRubberDoc is not responsible for blocked or confiscated packages due to legal restrictions.
7. Returns and Replacements
All sales are final. We do not accept returns due to the hygiene-sensitive and custom-made nature of many of our products. However, replacements may be available in cases of:
Incorrect item shipped
Defect or damage during shipment
Size or color exchange (leather clothing only)
Gas mask or gear malfunction

8. Gift Wrapping and Notes
Make it personal! You can select gift wrapping at checkout. Your item will be wrapped in black kraft paper, tied with organic jute, and sealed with a red wax stamp. You can also include a custom gift note.
9. Discreet Packaging
All packages are shipped discreetly with no external branding or product reference.
Inside the package, we may include packing slips, order receipts, or flyers. If you prefer zero mention of our brand inside, leave a note at checkout or contact us beforehand at help@kinkyrubberdoc.com.
10. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping details. We are not responsible for:
Delays caused by incorrect addresses
Lost shipments due to inaccurate customer input
Additional shipping fees for reshipping
Contact us immediately if you notice a mistake before your order ships.
11. Refunds for Shipping Fees
Shipping fees — especially for express or international orders — are non-refundable unless an error is made on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent).
However, as a gesture of goodwill and at our sole discretion, we may choose to refund some or all shipping costs in select situations.
12. Stock Availability for Replacements
Replacements are subject to stock availability. If a suitable replacement is not available, we will work with you to find an acceptable resolution.
13. Shipping Confirmation
You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships. This lets you follow the journey from dispatch to delivery.
14. Delivery Timeframes and Local Last-Mile Responsibility
All delivery estimates are based on carrier timelines and not guaranteed by KinkyRubberDoc. We are not responsible for:
Local delivery delays or mishandling
“Marked as delivered” disputes with couriers
Theft or loss after confirmed delivery
We do not negotiate with last-mile carriers on your behalf but may assist in facilitating claims or investigation where possible.
You agree that final delivery responsibility lies with the local courier once a package is marked as delivered. For best protection, choose shipping options with tracking and signature confirmation when available.
