At KinkyRubberDoc, we take pride in delivering high-quality items and top-tier customer service. If you encounter an issue, we are here to help. However, given the nature of our products — which are often intimate, customized, or vintage — our return and refund policy is intentionally strict for safety, legal, and logistical reasons.
We kindly ask our customers to respect our policies. Abuse, false claims, or attempted exploitation will result in denied service, blocked accounts, and potential legal action. We align with U.S. law, including the Consumer Review Fairness Act, and welcome honest feedback without tolerating policy manipulation.

Return Policy Overview
All sales are final. Due to hygiene, customization, and product type, we do not accept returns under most circumstances.
Do not return items to the sender address on the shipping label. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded. Always contact Customer Service first to discuss any issue.
Why Returns Are Not Accepted
Sex Toys: Not returnable due to hygiene and safety.
Latex Clothing: Custom-made or size-specific; non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Gas Masks & Related Gear: Vintage, modified, or intimate use gear cannot be returned — but replacements may be offered in case of confirmed defects.
Exchanges & Replacements (Case-by-Case)
While we don’t accept general returns, we may offer an exchange or replacement in the following situations:
Leather Clothing: Size or color exchange possible (stock-dependent)
Shoes: Exchange for another size or color (if available)
Gas Masks & Gear: Replaced if defective or incorrect
All exchanges are subject to:

Verification of the issue
Return shipping paid by the customer, unless the issue was our fault
U.S. orders always include free outbound shipping, but return costs for exchanges are only covered if we made an error.
Contact Within 14 Days
You must contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery to request an exchange or replacement. After this window, we may not be able to accommodate your request.
Refunds
Refunds are not offered by default and are handled only at our sole discretion. We may issue a refund without a return in rare situations, such as confirmed damage, defect, or delivery failure — and only if a replacement is not viable.
Refunds are not guaranteed, even for unused items.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
False refund claims will result in account ban and possible legal action.
Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged:
Email us at help@kinkyrubberdoc.com within 7 days of delivery
Include clear, dated photos showing the damage and packaging
We will verify and arrange a replacement or refund based on the severity and evidence. We may also file a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf.
Shipping Problems & Lost Orders
We take shipping seriously and do our best to ensure your order is processed and shipped promptly. Once your package is handed to the shipping carrier, responsibility for safe and timely delivery transfers to them.
If tracking shows the package as delivered, but you claim not to have received it, we are not responsible for refunding or replacing the item.
We may assist you in filing a claim or locating your package, but we do not guarantee outcomes or accept liability.
For lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages, you must contact the carrier directly and follow their process.
Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled. We do not issue refunds or replacements for such cases.
You are responsible for providing a correct, complete, and secure delivery address.
We strongly recommend selecting tracked and insured shipping options, and being available to receive your delivery. Final-mile issues (e.g., local theft, misdelivery, mailbox errors) are beyond our control and fall under the buyer’s responsibility.
International Sales & Returns
EU, Canada, Mexico:
You have the legal right to return non-exempt items within 14 days under applicable consumer law. To exercise this right:
Contact us within 14 days of delivery
Ship the item back within an additional 14 days
Refunds include original purchase price and initial shipping
Return shipping is your responsibility, unless the product was defective
Exemptions:
Custom-made or personalized products
Unsealed sex toys or hygiene-sensitive items
All Other Countries:
Returns are not accepted outside the regions listed above.

Limitation of Liability
KinkyRubberDoc’s liability is strictly limited to the original amount paid for a product.
We are not liable for:
